Introduction

The aim of this workshop is threefold. First, it will provide a unique platform for the youngest researchers of the Action to familiarise themselves with their colleagues and form long-lasting networks, just as the Action kicks off. Second, it will allow these researchers the opportunity to formally present their work to an audience of their peers. Third, discussions are planned to help PhD students close to graduation, and older ESRs, get to grips with the various funding and employment options that are available to them.
